Welcome to Skill Rally ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website and mock interview services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Our Service provides a platform for simulated job interviews using Artificial Intelligence (AI). This includes real-time speech-to-text processing, AI-generated questions, and performance analysis.

Important Note: We provide a tool for practice and preparation. We do not provide real job placements or employment services.

3. AI Content & Disclaimer

  • AI Hallucinations: You acknowledge that the feedback and questions provided by our Service are generated by AI. AI can sometimes produce inaccurate, biased, or "hallucinated" information.
  • No Professional Advice: The AI's feedback does not constitute professional career coaching, legal advice, or a guarantee of any specific outcome.
  • No Guarantee of Success: We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in a job offer, a successful real-world interview, or any career advancement. You are solely responsible for your performance in actual job interviews.

4. User Responsibilities & Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purposes or to generate hate speech.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, "jailbreak," or bypass the safety filters of our AI models.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our permission.
  • Share your account with others or sell access to your account.

5. Hardware & Permissions

To use the Service, you must grant permission for the browser to access your microphone and camera.

  • We do not record or store raw video/audio files (as per our Privacy Policy).
  • You are responsible for ensuring your hardware and internet connection are sufficient for real-time processing.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: All software, designs, logos, and AI-generated question sets are the property of Skill Rally and are protected by copyright laws.
  • Your Content: You retain ownership of the data you input. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data (transcripts) solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Free Plan: Certain features are available for free but may be subject to usage limits.
  • Paid Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
  • Refunds (EU Right of Withdrawal): For digital services, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU. However, by starting a mock interview session, you explicitly agree that the service begins immediately and you waive your right to a refund for that billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skill Rally shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of job opportunities, loss of data, or loss of profits) arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

This limitation applies regardless of how the damage arose, including but not limited to:

  • Your ability or inability to access and use the Service at any given time.
  • Any unauthorized access to our systems or to personal data we store on your behalf.
  • Any content or materials you receive through the Service.
  • Actions or content produced by other users or third parties interacting with the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or are using the Service in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland/Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
